Just received my GCMS Notes & there's literally no progress: AOR 13th July,2018
Medical: Passed
Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not started
Security: Not started
File transferred to Kyiv: 28th Aug,2018.

Everything appears to met as per Program Assistant and then he stated documents set for Review: Police certificate,Correspondence from the client. What does that mean ?

I also submitted on d same day at Delhi VFS..Got a text on 9th tat passports are received by Canadian High commission, New Delhi..

Yeah October. I also opted for sms service but, I have not recieved any update over text so far.
What does it say when you track your application on VFS website. Mine says- it is being processed at Canada Visa office in Delhi. For more details contact VAC.
Is it the same for you?

Do you have any case analyst/case processing agent note? If you do then there should be recommendation about your file. It is normal to change the eligibility value to "Not started" if the file transfer to other visa office. If you do note have any other notes apart from this program assistant note at CIO then I am afraid you have to wait until a case analyst check your documents in Kyiv and then the Visa Officer will take the final call. All program assistant recommends review of the Letter of Explanation (here he mentioned- Correspondence from client) to the case analyst.
You should order another set of notes after this month if there is no progress in your file until then.

I have the following timeline:

MEP/IP1- 27 June
IP2- 9 October
Since then, I have not seen any movement. I wanted to know what actually happens in IP2 stage? My concern is, I have a visitor visa rejection in Australia. Will that delay my PPR mail? I have mentioned this in my application and also attached an LOE explaining that the visa rejection was due to failure to submit required documents within stipulated

Thank you for responding. There are 2 set of notes one by case agent and other by Program Assistant both on 22nd August and both of them stated"met/ appears to met" for everything. And they did mention applicant mentioned being single ( it could be a mistake by me as my divorce was alreday in process) and divorcee at APR, I did attached my divorce certificate. Should I raise a CSE to explain or they 'll apply little reasoning that it could be a mistake.

I did apply under this NOC but as an employed person. I sumibtted my degrees and membership letter from CA body with a letter of good standing.
