Hi my permit as completed in june 14th and 3 months grace period also completed...now my owners are ready to apply Canadian work permit ...i can apply from inside canada ..it is possible to get permit ...please help me

No - not possible.
You will have to leave Canada if you want to apply for a work permit.
It is too late to fix your status from within Canada.
Agree with above. Also, as you have been in Canada illegally for 4 months, your chances of getting approved for a work permit are much lower.
