Hi,

Could you tell me what details they ask you to verify when you call them? I have applied via an attorney and have very little visibility into my application’s progress. I was thinking of calling on my own but needed to make sure I have all the info they verify. If I don’t have it, I’ll need to get it from my attorney.

Thanks for this great insight, things are moving and I wish we could have more details about biometric candidates since status can be quite misleading, we all start with background check processing but then again it might not be really the case.

They asked for profile no, full name, phone, address, dob, e-mail. I think u shud hv these ready with u unless agent specifically mentioned his mob n email in your profile for updates.

On behalf of my friend, I need some information:
Her AOR is on: 13 July
one dependant + Medicals passed
I am already in canada and my husband (dependent) was in India when I submitted my EE profile. But in september 2018 my husband came to canada (on work permit). Do I need to update cic about the same?

Thanks! Yes, my lawyer has used his email and number for updates. Will have to get it from him.

Back ground check not started yet..

Hey Nitin,
I found out the email address my lawyer entered on the application. Do they ask to verify the phone number as well?

So if we call, eligibility answer should be among "in progress", "recommended pass", and "confirmed pass"?
Does "confirmed pass" come before or after PPR/CoPR?
