You don't qualify for SDS. Apply offline under university category. If you have more than two years of work exp then apply under general category.

You should expect the study permit will be refused. If you are taking a Masters program, IRCC expect you to have at least 6.5 in each of the four IELTS categories. You need to retake IELTS and achieve a higher score before you can apply for the study permit.
