Hi all,
I'm an FSW- outlander
AOR . : July 31st
MEP/IP1 : August 22
I've three issues that I'd like to ask u about :
1- I mentioned in my application 40 hrs of work experience ,while the already attached HR Letter stated 48 ...
2- I mentioned that I started my job on October 2008 while it is stated as September 2008 in my already attached HR Letter
3- there was a question in the application asking if I ever applied to the IRCC and i answere "No" , while i mentioned security part that i was actually denied a visitor visa . Is this Okay ?
So do i need to raise a CSE for any of these points ? and am I late for a CSE ? which of these should I worry about? And would any of these lead to a refusal for my application?
Appreciating ur help
1. No issue, anything above 30 hours is considered as full time work by IRCC so it would not affect your application and probably visa officer will ignore it by consider it as a mistake. Order GCMS notes as soon as possible to read Case Analyst's notes. If anything mentioned regarding this then only raise CSE and explain.

2. Same as above, order gcms notes to see what Case Analyst has written.

3. You never applied for a permanent residence so answer is correct. There are two questions in Statutory declaration regarding previous visa application refusal to Canada or any other country, you need to answer yes to both and provide details. If you haven'e done that part then you should raise CSE as soon as possible and provide LoE along with the refusal letter if available.

Hi All,

My AOR Date is 14th June and MEP 28th June 2018. FSE - Outland

After reading some of the threads I decided not to pay the RPRF fees at the time of submission (as one supposedly receives it once it is near IP2 stage and provides a better picture of where the application actually is).

However, after 28 June there has been no progress and I am just stuck at IP1 without even a request for RFRP. As it has been more than 3 months, can you please suggest what would be the best way to tackle this? Should I order GC Notes (never done before).

Or call CIC (Again I read that one cannot call from outside Canada, so no idea how to dial them).

Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello,
I have one query.I have submitted my profile in august for permanent residence via express entry programme.I releasied that i have mentioned my employement working hours as 40 hours per week during file creation in January 2018. I got ITA in June,2018.But, in my reference letter i have mentioned 48 hours per week as Saturday is also has been started considered as working in my office.

Will it be any problem?
Should not be problem as they do not consider anything beyond 30 hours /week :D

We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

If you are keen to call use the above link and go through what some of the ppl have done to get in touch from outside Canada. I am tempted myself but I think I am going to wait till it crosses 4 months mark. Good luck and do share with us yr experience

It indicates IP2. In ghost update application/profile update will be notified, but no change will appear in the account.

Many thanks vish82 for your reply!

Unfortunately, Skype is blocked in the UAE which is my country of residence. But I get the message, will ask someone else to do this for me.

Will surely update if there is progress, but have been waiting for more than 3 months.

But do you think no update on the RPRF fee is a concern? I saw many people with similar timelines as mine at least getting the RPRF payment notification within a month...

Not a problem, I wouldn't worry too much, at the moment things are really slow for June AOR. Veteran's of the forum with more experience may be able to correct me but I don't think it should be an issue.

I'm outside of Can and I get through directly from my cell phone. Only once I got a message saying it could not connect because I was outside but I called back right after and it worked. 1 613-944-4000

No one can call except you or your designated person/representative.

You can call CIC on +1 (613) 944-4000 when you are outside Canada. I called using MobileVOIP from Bahrain. But here VOIP’s are not blocked.
