Hello

Can someone shed some light on this please.
Currently I have a family size of 5. I am having a baby this month. So My family size will be 6.
1. Does the lico needs to be recalculated for 2015 2016 and 2017 ?
2. Should it match per family size on individual year as mine was 4 in 2015 and 2016 , 5 in 2017 and 6 in 2018 ?
OR
it should match for family size of 6 for all the previous year
Have you submitted your application already for 2018? If you have, your family size will stay at 5 for all 3 previous years and you only need to proof for LICO for 6 in the future (2018, 2019) when they ask for financial assessment again.

IF you haven't applied and is checking for PGP 2019, then, yes, all your LICO need to meet for 6 people.

So it's fine.
You applied when you had a family of 5. and 3 months after you had a baby, still you applied with a family of 5, they will review you met LICO for a family of 5...

You should update CIC once your baby is born. (may be after you get AOR so that you can do that online)

Hi, this question is for @YVR123 @MasterGeek and @ so-impatient and anyone else who has a knowledge on this.

I forgot to put the invitation letter as a part of package, what did you guys do? I just dont wont them returning it and then saying I didn't submit on time!

I did include the invitation letter.

I search and found this reply from @gst8486 earlier. So follow his advice once you received the AOR.

Even if the Invitation Letter mentioned that that it should be included in the package, IRCC must include the inclusion of Invitation Letter in the checklist also, that will help sponsors. I feel that the worst thing which could happen in your case is that on the receipt of the application package IRCC will ask you to provide the Invitation Letter. If you don't hear anything from IRCC regarding letter, as soon as you receive an AOR, immediately send the Invitation letter to IRCC with an explanation letter, don't forget to provide the file number in the invitation letter. The file number will show up with the AOR.
Good Luck!

Hi I have a question about ECAS, It started showing as Application Received since last Monday and then status changes to In Process as of Thursday, but no AOR yet. Is it normal? Is anyone else on the same boat?

I am also not able to link the paper application to my CIC account. I have tried different permutations and combinations, but nothing is showing up. Do we have to put Sponsor's information there or the applicant's? I have tried it all, nothing is working.

Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks.

Are you using sponsor's UCI to look up the application in ecas?

Are you using principal applicant's UCI to look up the application in MyCIC? I think you need to use applicant's information to look up application since sponsor's application can not be linked. From the list of applications which can be linked to MyCIC account:

  • Family Sponsorship (excluding applications to become a sponsor)

Hi there

I was checking this forum to prepare myself for next year. Could you please let me know if I don;t have all original NOAs, can I go to CRA website and print NOAs from there? Will that be OK?

Thanks in advance

I think you can print that out. Or you can just give them your SIN. And they can check your income with CRA directly. Which was what I did for our application.
