Hi All & Seniors,

I need your advise and help if anyone can.

I am trying to upload my Optional Document for my Spouse (accompanying applicant) however, there is no place holder for it. Can anyone help me or advise what should I do in this situation?

Thank you & Looking forward

Best Regards
Muz

There's only one for the main applicant. Include it in that at the bottom under a new heading e.g. LOE for Spouce- First name Lastname

Thank you for your response

What is the maximum size limit for optional document?
I am afraid it will be more then 8 MB

4MB. Try not put only text to keep the file size small. You can always just write...I have a copy of xyz which I can provide if required for any non essential extras.

They also have a few recommend file shrinking programs but I think it's mostly for images.

Actually the letter itself is only two pages however due to couple of passports for both of us and visa copies its adding up MBs.
Also I have to attach Schedule - A for both of us so we cannot really avoid it.
your suggestion please

Maybe just provide details of each and say scans available on request.

May I ask why you are including the passports and visas in the LOE?

They only require your current passports and that goes in it's own section.

We put the visa's for residency for work in the work section.

I am uploading previous visas and stamps for travel history. Due to extensive travel history I am in this situation. Do you think I should not attach them?

Maybe a silly question. If I will not attach my visas and stamp how will they verify my travel histrory from my previous passports

No. It's not necessary. My husband travels for work so we ran out of entry slots after filling in 2 years of details. In the LOE we put in the data for the other 8 years as a table. We didn't include any visas or passports and his passport was brand new with no stamps but put that they were available if requested.
The only visa we included was his residency permit for his current job but we put that in the work section with his job letter etc.

You only need to include all the pages with stamps in your current passport/s in that section.

Thank you it will help.
I will include a table and put a line that if they need I can send later.
