Quite a few people including me are in the same boat as you!! Welcome to the waiting game!! Did you order GCMS notes? Do you know what is "review required" for you?
Had requested GCMS notes on 4th August - but received nothing back - still waiting..

Already did yet not sure about where my security check has reached whether it has started or about to complete. Is being a middle eastern applicant has something to do about it? AOR June 4.
Would you mind sharing your nationality?

Can you elaborate the likely pattern on notes if one is on SS?

The redacted details can be found in CBSA notes...

ACTIVITY 1
Sub Activity/Activity Type: Security Screening
New Value: Received by CBSA
ACTIVITY 2
Sub Activity/Activity Type: Security Screening
New Value: Submit
ACTIVITY 3
Sub Activity/Activity Type: Security Screening
New Value: Not Started
ACTIVITY 4
Sub Activity/Activity Type: Security
New Value: In Progress

In the GCMS notes, some people have ACTIVITY 1-3 blank, others have ACTIVITY 1-4 blank and these are followed by ACTIVITY 4 or 5 as Security

Middle Eastern, Pakistani are likely candidates... but it does not imply that each and every applicant from these countries are under SS...
