I am from PU well
I faced the same issues but they responded in 4-5 days. So I don’t think there is any thing to worry about
All I know is that PU does not answer calls and there is no way we can contact them by phone
There is a seperte dept for transcripts verification so you can visit the admin block if you wish

Finally got a date of completion for my profile after almost 25 days. Here's my timeline
Docs delivered by FedEx- 4th Sep
Docs delivered and being reviewed - 6th Sep
Docs delivered and being reviewed (2nd update) - 14th Sep
We are evaluating your report- 28th Sep
Expected completion - 18th Oct
Looks like I 'll miss the draw on the 17th by a day..

@Aksobti Amazing! Congratulations. If there is an option to save your profile without hitting the submit button, you can start your application. If you choose to wait - either way its the same thing you submit your application on 16th and enter the draw on 17th! Good luck.
You might get it a day earlier going by recent trends! I am hoping to get mine right before the draw next week as well, fingers crossed!
