Dear Bimale Sir,
I have raised a CSE to London VO some 8 hours ago, on the link you provided in your post.
I have entered a detailed enquiry on my application status and have asked them to finalize my application as soon as possible because it is hurting my future plans.
But I have not recieved any acknowledgement email from their end.
Is it normal ?
However the CSE status showed 'success' at very end of the webform.
Pls guide.

It is normal to not receive an acknowledgment when u raise a cse to the local visa office.

Ok. I think you are absolutely right. The last time I raised a CSE was to CIC directly and I recieved an acknowledgement straight away. But this time it is to a local visa office.
I have sent an email to London VO on 27 August, they ask applicant to put word 'Urgent' in their subject of email. If they Find it urgent after reviewing they will answer in 24-48 hours, otherwise with in 28 days.
Now coming to the most funny part, that email has crossed 29 days today and still I have gotten no reaponse from their end.
Can we cheer up for that, please.
The biggest decision of life for an aspirant immigrant is not even necessary to be answered by the worthy Local VO.
Just Wow.

There seems to be no solution to this madness. Unfortunately nothing will change. 20% of the applicants includes us and they will keep us waiting like this with no timelines. I see London VO is working. My amazing NDVO is just dead as far as 6months+ applicants are.

You are right again.
That is my point as well, some sort of timeline must be provided to the applicant who has patiently waited for 6 months. To intimate him/her that you need to wait for 2-3 more months. By doing this many people like us will not show any anxiety. This is what I hope.
Dear Brother, it could take four more months, as rest of 20 percent applications are finalized with in one year of AOR. I certainly pray and hope that this may not be the case with any of us.

There is no solution to this foolishness. I guess it could have been better if some physics or some mathematics rule was applicable to this madness, and we could have been able to atleast get some sort of result.
I wish Newton or Einstein had formulated or invented any equipment to measure this depth.
Back to your point, my brother nothing in CIC is working right now. I have seen just one PR on this forum through London VO, dont know exact stats about your VO.
All of these local VO are the same.
Can you imagine my file was transferred to London VO on 8th March and electronically was recieved on the same date, but was only opened on July 10th.
Four months ?

If you are from India then you must have listened and read the story of Slow and Steady wins ths race. It was about tortoise and hare. In Urdu we call hare as a 'Khargosh'. Hare is basically a very sharp animal but when he sleeps he cannot be reverted back
I think all our Local VO are sleeping like that hare.
Please some one wake them up, please.

Nothing will change for a simple reason that their tardiness is not impacting their citizens. From their perspective there is not much difference between 6 months and 10 months.

Can you please help us to wake up all local VO, please?
Or at least provide us with some rule of physics or maths, please.
What about your montreal VO, you need some help to wake them up?

I wish I could. I understand the statement people make that every application is unique but I don't think it's matter of every application is unique .It's a simple matter of people who do their job and some people who don't. There is no justification of files not being touched for months. I can understand some process taking time but there is just too much variation in the way files are processed. But we can't do much but hope and pray. From their perspective it doesn't matter as it doesn't impact their citizens so they are just doing a favor by processing our files.

Also it's possible that local visa offices are understaffed. But we would never know as the information is not transparent enough. May be someday they will make this process better. May be some day they will understand it's not just a file but life, career, aspriations and future of people in their hands. But then again it's not a balanced transaction. They have better leverage and they can do whatever they want. We can whine but at the end we can just wait, hope, pray and support each other.
For me just three months after AOR feel like an eternity and I can't begin to imagine how it feels for you guys from January. I pray that all of you get your PPRs soon. PPR is just a beginning of other stage of struggle of setting up life, finding job, finding home so the journey has just started. Wish you all the best.

Well said. They dont really care especially about the remaining 20% as they go about screaming see we processed 80% in 6 months. Nothing we can do as we are at their mercy.

I do not have a clue tbh why you have not received the acknowledgment... When I raised I CSE (but within Canada) it did send a acknowledgement and after 3 odd weeks they sent a reply.
