You can do it from commissionaires great lakes fingerprinting or any as far as RCMP accepts from them.

I got my husbands done at canadian fingerprinting in toronto and they electronically sent to RCMp and rcmp sent mail to CIC vancouver office. I am hoping they receive it soon.

Congrats, so 10 days after DM on ecas you received the appointment email?
Does any one know what's the average wait time to receive landing appointment e-mail in Toronto? Since our application was processed in BC (received AIP email from Vancouver), will there be any sort of delay due to the distance of the two?

I understand .
As canada post is going on strike vancouver IRCC emailed me to ask RCMP to email the results. But when i called RCMP , they very rudely said they only mail the results and cant email and that CIC will receive it whenever the strike is over. Even when I mentioned to her that CIC actually emailed me back asking for this. I am so pissed and worried the same time as this will delay our process cause who knows how long the strike continues :(
On no :( That's not good. I would try to phone RCMP again and hopefully speak to another agent. I assume you had to pay for the fingerprints? I don't think the agent you spoke to realizes how exhausting this process is and how much depends on it. I would try to explain how important it is for you to receive your criminal record check timely. I hope they show some sympathy for your situation.

My husband did the finger print in Vancouver. I remembered it is not Canada Post. It is fedex or sth else. But if you live far from the place you need to submit, what you can do is asking RCMP mail the result to your home. And you mail and email to the place. Thats what we do. Hope it helps. We just submit our finger prints last week.

Yes because we mentioned vancouver address for sending they couldnt change the destination address as it was already sent and that if we need it to us we would have to do them again n pay fee etc.
