Hi...I applied on 31st of August and my school deadline for arrival is 19th of September...although I have been asked for my medicals and the late arrival date which I have emailed to the visa processing officer but my medical exam took longer than expected and have not been sent what are my chances of getting the visa as I have exceeded my late arrival date??

Chances are very low. You'll most likely have to defer your studies to the next semester.

So will I have to apply again cause I already differed but am wondering if I will still get the visa
