hello good day. meron po ba gaya sa situation namin. nagapply po husband ko nung dec 2017 ng application namin para isponsor kami ng 2 naming anak. ngaun narecived nila january 2018 then march 2018 pinagsubmit ako ng police clerance and scheduled background A. then august 31 email sila na ineligible daw husband ko to sponsor us kasi di niya kami dineclare bago siya naging permanent resident. so finorward nila sa manila papers namin for further processing. may pag asa po ba na maaprove kami. we have 2 kids. 7yrs old and 4yrs old and got married oct 2016. oct 2015 nung nagpunta po siya ng canada. hoping padin na sana magkarin ng consideration ung samen at makapunta padin kaming mag anak.

Sana tlg nah walang problems dhil hindi nya deneclare mga bata . Mispresentation kc yun . Pag ano ang hiningi s nyo please ibigay nyo n lng . Hihi cheer up.

aug 31 pinasend po ulit sakin ung scheduled A so napasa ko po agad then sept 7 po email sila na sinend na for further pricessing sa manila visa office. then september 11 po in process na po.

hopefully po maging ok po lahat. but then worried lang po kasi halos lahat ng nabasa ko dito sa forum most likely refused padin ang application nila. wala padin po kami medical.

I suggest you consult immigration lawyer, kc dapat talaga naka declare and spouse and children para ma-sponsor..

Hi @Crise CG , been 2 1/2 months since nag expect ako , now naktanggap na ko ng pre arrival services email at DM na rin sa ecas, hopefully PPR na sa oct..

Hi @besbi07, yes, most propably mag PPR n by October.. May nakausap ako March applicant, nag PPR ngaun September, 6 mos processing lang. Praying PPR mga anak ko by December..

I am expecting October PPR too.. sana.. para maihabol dito bago mag Christmas..
