Hello,any any applied for Canada trv under can+ program.my father in law hold valid US visa,wants to apply canCan trv,we r Canadian PR but only done soft landing.we want our fathers visa process to be done before we move permanently.what can b the reason shown to visit Canada?

It's best to apply for your dad-in-law after you move permanently to Canada and establish yourselves (find a job, work for a few months, find a place to stay, etc). Otherwise it would seem like he is moving with you on a long-term basis which is contrary to regular visitors.
