While waiting for the citizenship processing, PR status expires, are you obliged to renew your PR even if you have no plans to travel outside Canada? Please advice! ThanKs

Your PR status doesn't expire. Only the PR card expires, and you don't have to renew it if you don't plan to travel abroad.
