UAE Police Clearance Certificate

Hello fellow members,

I was wondering if anyone has applied for UAE PCC from within Canada & what is the process like ?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you. I did notice that this certificate is provided by Dubai police. I had been a former resident of Abu Dhabi. So I was wondering if it is alright to get a certificate from Dubai Police instead of Abu Dhabi police.

Oh, Sorry I thought Dubai. Try searching for Abu Dhabi PCC online. I don't know so I can't answer if you could get yours from Dubai. I wouldn't think so, but I'm not sure.

I did run a couple of searches online but I couldn't find anything concrete.

My sister worked in Abu Dhabi but she requested PCC from dubaipolice.gov.ae.

You might want to refer to my old post back in 2015, process should still be same except change in fees..

Technically, the systems are linked under the Federal System because you have to input your Emirates ID details.

Dubai is convenient and it usually arrives online (through the app) within 24 hrs. In rare cases, you may need to visit the Policy Station where it is a 5 min process - you show your Emirates ID, they email you the PCC within seconds.

I surrendered my emirates ID card to the company I worked in 2016 i.e. the same year I immigrated to Canada. I still have photocopies of that Emirates ID card. Can I input that card's details in the online application ?

Just her emirates id. Her PR application was approved and they will be flying to Canada next month.
