My uncle and aunt have got their COPRs under family class sponsorship. His elder son who is staying in Calagary had sponsored them, however they wish to land directly at Toronto airport and go to their younger son's house who lives in Toronto. Can they land at Toronto airport and apply for PR cards on Toronto address. Please help.
