My parents got the medical request first.After 2 days they requested for PCC also.So be patient.You will see it on your mycic account after 2 days.Best of luck.

I received IME request (just forms through the on-line account) and next day I got a letter asking for the medical tests and PCC (visa office - Ottawa)

Same as you, I've only received the medical request a few days ago and no PCC. If you look at 2017 intake SS, quite a few people received medical and police requests separately. So, I guess, it's normal.

there is the only 1 family size for moment when you apply so you use 4 and see if its enough to sponsor everybody

Here is an update for my PIL's application:
Date passports delivered at Ottawa: Aug 22
Date passports received back in Toronto with visa: Aug 31
Date landed: Sept 01
Ecas status for sponsor: Decision Made
Ecas status for applicant: Complete ( line added: xxx entered Canada at Lansdowne POE on September 1, 2018 and became a Permanent Resident.)

With this, I must say that we are amazed at the pace of processing.. good luck everyone else and I hope you'll receive PR soon..

Yes, you'll be getting messages sent to the e-mail address you provided. The messages will be informing you that there is a new unread message on your account. So you'll need to log in and read the message.

linked application successfully to my account.

but on ECAS its says : We received your application to sponsor XX on July 17, 2018. (instead of May 17,2018)
Does it matter if its wrong received date in system ?

It has different file number
from beginning I was given with XF but its different when I linked application to my account.
all agent mentioned that x will be removed and rest of number will become your application number or later officer will assign new number its up to officer. In my case my parents application number changed

I am ready to submit my file need advise what would be the best way to combine papers to prepare file for instance;

1. Should I add additional index for additional docs i.e. my Father educational Docs, his Naval Services Retirement Docs etc.
2. Should I put sticky on top corner of the page to identify the doc for instance NOA me, NOA wife, IMM008 ..... etc
3. Should I bind or staple the docs together it would not be misplaced.

Please advise what would be best way to submit the file.
