Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

It would be Assaf97's brother. Assaf97 is the dependent of the parents being sponsored. Not very common poster on this forum.
It's usually the sponsor or applicant that ask questions.

Not common whatsoever and its frustrating since nobody has any experiences to share! My older brother sponsored my mother back in Jan 2018 through the lottery and I was under 21 so considered a dependent and got lucky basically.

If they have given you the option to upload at Mycic then only do that.I have uploaded mine.Those worked fine.

Any one who got passport request can let me know what all docs they seek from you while sending passports.

They will send you an attachment of Appendix B where you need to update the information of principal applicant and spouse and dependent children if anybody is eligible.Also they will ask for passports for them and 2 copies of photographs of each person.

Line 39 - Medical passed today, Aug 30th. The panel did not give my mother any forms/notes after and said they will send everything themselves.
We still haven't received a request for PCC.

Does everyone get request to send 5562? or does it mean something was missing from out application that why they are asking 5562

The article says:
"IRCC said those interested in sponsoring their parents and / or grandparents in the 2019 will have to complete an Interest to Sponsor form online at the beginning of the year."

Why will we still need to complete the form in 2019? If it's back to first come, first served, then why can't we just submit the application whenever we can?

Also, there is nothing about canceling the lottery on the official CIC website. It still says "we randomly select potential sponsors"
