I agree. I got my WES report for HS, bachelor's degree, and professional degree. My HS is not equivalent to that of Canada's. So I just mentioned my Bachelor's Degree and Professional Degree (or the highest attained) in my EE profile.

Congrats! My writing is stuck at 7.0 too. I actually do think that I put in my very best in that section. I applied for EOR yesterday. My CRS is currently 440. I am hoping that with IELTS review, I can max out my English at 443.

What is the timeline for EOR?

Thanks! With 440, I think you have very good chance to get ITA before EOR results. Nevertheless, EOR is better; to be on safe side. All the best.

Got message from BC on 29th July stating they received documents [Courier reached BC office on that day as per DTDC update as well]. Next day i.e. on 30th July they sent another SMS saying, EOR has been confirmed and I have to wait for 8-10 weeks for the result.

My thoughts exactly. I am trying to be on the safe side, and do hope that mine will take less that a month to complete. I need my writing to be at least 7.5 to claim additional 3 points on the CRS. L/R/W/S stands at 8.5/9/7/8.

I scored 8.5 for listening on my IELTS test first and final attempt. My tip is that you listen and write down exactly what you hear. It's pretty much like fill in the blanks. So the person's speaking will actually say what's written in front of you in a complete sentence. So pay attention to the word that's missing in front of you for that complete sentence that's being discussed in the paragraphs. Do not paraphrase or go over the word limit. Try to put exactly what you hear. Also it gets quicker for the last 10 questions, so you have to pay attention

Yeah I gotcha, I am pretty good in the other three modules, just have to boost my writing . Writing has always been my achilles heel

I guess back to back draws are a thing of the past now .Express Entry draws though unpredictable state that thay will have the cream rather than the pie. Currently at 438 . Will be appearing in a month to try and Max out my score to 441

Guys i got my IELTS Test result today. (BC India - 18th Aug 2018)

W 7.0
I need to max out my Writing by .5 to jump my CRS from 438 to 441.I worked on my Writing a lot this time and think it could have been 7.5 min.
Do you suggest for an EOR?
Please recommend what to do?(Note: the last time i applied for EOR in IDP and nothing changed with 6.5 in writing)

I honestly can't focus on life, what should i do? waiting is so hard.....(that i never sure when it's going to be done, worst case i gotta wait 1 more year with my current job i really want to quit asap..(aka paper based pnp that's in process)

How you guys deal with waiting, harsh situation? I need to calm myself
