Okay...then anyone can go for business administration....bcz it can done after computer field...just check requirements of his course....and also confirm for diploma after diploma part from any consultant...

You'll need to explain in SOP why you wanna change field. Convincing visa officer is everything. Any college will give offer letter but visa is most important thing you need.
