Degree Credential via fax

I just called wes Canada to confirm if I can send my duplicate degree cert to wes not my transcript pls via fax.and the customer service official that responded to me said NO its not accepted that I must mail it to them.I insisted I saw a fax number on wes webpage online but she responded by saying do I believe a web page or her that is telling sth else?.am confused.anybody pls help

I received a mail from Wes that my degree certificate was not received from my college so I faxed them a copy of my degree certificate and it was accepted and the status changed to all documents received and accepted the next day. It is written on their website that in case of Copy of documents they can be faxed for example degree certificate but no other documents will be accepted. I took a shot and it worked. I also sent them a mail along with the scanned copy of my degree certificate. Please ensure that you write your WES reference number on the Copy of your degree. The email id and the fax number are mentioned below:

I am trying for EE as well hope it works out. my estimated time of completion is 3rd march 2020. All the best to all those who are applying and hope my answer helps.
