Student visa processing time

Hello i want to ask how much time canada visa office new delhi is taking these days to process january 2019 intake student visa? Any idea or statistics? I am concencon because i have submitted application on 7 august . CIC processing time is 7 weeks in india from so last 3 months and its not changing. I mean now files must be less for january intake as it is just starting. Still they are saying 7 weeks time that was same for even september Intake.

They must be winding up the Fall applications. Give a cool-off period. Watch for Aug' last week or Sep' first week to get things moving.
