Actually we are leaving South Africa.my wife, 2 kids and I as aslym seeker.
We desperate to move to Canada.we do not how to start which form to fill.
Please we need help...

In that case you have two options.
The first option is to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR in South Africa and then selected for resettlement to Canada by UNHCR. You cannot chose where you will be resettled - UNHCR will pick a country for you.
The second option is to apply for a TRV (tourist visa), come to Canada as visitors and then claim asylum once you are here.

For the second option am i qualify to apply TRV visa bcz I don't have permit in South Africa(asylum seeker) my empty passport can allow me to get a visa.

Based on your status in SA, the chances of getting an approved TRV are probably close to zero. To be approved for a TRV, you must show that you have very strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term.
OK. There is not another way to apply or to look for a job bcz i got degree in built engineering. There chance for foreigner to get a job and apply for permit?
Finding a job as a foreigner is next to impossible. However you can see if you qualify to immigrate through an economic immigration stream. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program.
