You first need to find an employer willing to offer you a full time job. That employer must then obtain an approved LMIA (this is generally a 4-6 month process with no guarantee of approval). Next you would have apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. Once the closed work permit is approved, you can start working.
Note that it's generally next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
