hello same what

Hello same mine as well. But well see coz, it says there, that type electronically, they dont say that signed as here. But as i read the other advice here. Need a signed personal on IMM5669.

Hello, i dont recieved any email yet from IRCC. And seems we already sent to them,we will find out what the officer says. But i doubt its should be ok. Coz thats only the part of documments, that it says YOU AGREE FOR SIGNING ELECTRONICALLY. If thats the case that need signed by hand, the officer gonna contact us to resend with signed by hand. So nothing to worries,as long that we already reached before the deadline.
Hello,
I actually sent a new form signed from my parents 2 days after I sent the application.I thought why waist time..and it came out OK.I was approved as a sponsor and they didnt ask me for more papers ;) Now waiting for my parents medical and police check.
Eventhough the letter from CIC says that the file has being transfer to the visa office it takes a long time for that file to be transfered.I sent an e-mail to the vissa office in Rome if they could make the process faster but they told me the file is not there yet.So many red tapes lol
But I am happy its matter of time tfoe my parents to finally come here

Hi Yulia! Could you please add my info to the sheet? Thanks!

Anyone here still waiting for the AOR? My application was received by Ottawa on May 15th 2018 and I have not received any confirmation via email or ECAS whatsoever. :(

My ECAS shows nothing. It does not find my application. I tried with my UCI, payment receipt number, COPR etc but nothing. My application was received on May 24th. Is there anybody else in the same boat?
Mine was received on the 23 of May , and also showing nothing in ECAS , I called IRCC last week and they gave me a #F000 which is apparently an AOR

May I have a co-signer?
Your spouse or common-law partner may help you meet the income requirement by co-signing the sponsorship application. A common-law partner is a person who is living with you in a conjugal relationship and has done so for at least one year prior to the signing of the undertaking.

The co-signer must:

  • meet the same eligibility requirements as the sponsor;
  • agree to co-sign the undertaking;
  • agree to be responsible for the basic requirements of the person you want to sponsor and his or her family members for the validity period of the undertaking.
The co-signer will be equally liable if obligations are not performed.

If your co-signer is a common-law partner, you must submit the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409).

Thank you for your helpful answer
But can I add my wife income to mine in the forms or she should meet the limits separately from me ?

Question regarding Financial Evaluation (IMM 5768): I was working as IT contractor from 2014, 2015, 2016 and moved to employment in mid 2016 since then I am on employment. I incorporated myself and was billing through my corporation. As you know corporation financial years start from July and end Jun next year and Personal tax year is Jan to Dec. In this scenario how I fill employment history;
example 01:
2014-07-01 to 2015-06-30 xxxxx $$$$$$
2015-07-01 to 2016-06-30 xxxxx $$$$$$
2016-07-01 to 2016-12-31 xxxxx $$$$$$

example 02:
2015-01-01 to 2015-06-30 xxxxx $ (how to break total amount just divide by 2 etc please advise.)
2015-07-01 to 2015-12-31 xxxxx -------------------------------------

All what matters is what taxable income is in Line 150 of Notice of Assessment for 2017, 2016 & 2015.

Thank you for your helpful answer

Hi

You will remain main sponsor for your parents, Check Form IMM5768E you will get most of your answers. Section / Question 13 to 17

In Form IMM5768E Your income will come under section 14 of form and your wife income will go in section 17 of form. Please check form and let us know if you have any more question. Its very self explanatory inside form.

Section 16 is for Cosigner SIN and signature

Good Luck

There will be a section in the forms where you will have to put your income and there will be another field where you can put your wife income.
