Hi.A months back I had lost my PR card and in order to secure that I sent my enquiry to CIC they sent me an email in which it was written that " we have deactivated your card and deactivation will be completed fully after we process your application" and I applied for replacement of PR card. After applying somehow I found it back.then again I sent them web form explaining that o have found my card and it's been more than 3 months they didn't reply me whether is it activated or not. Neither they started processing my application nor they replying my call and for my enquiry though. and I have to travel outside canada..

Yeah I think the same.. but I'm confused can I travel? They're not replying even. Other thing is as I had already applied for the new one
You should be able to board a plane so long as the expiry date hasn’t passed since they can’t check whether it is “active”. You possibly just might have to face an officer to verify your status in case the card won’t work at an automated kiosk (if your POE airport has them).
