Any expert who are going to proceed with Married but no accompany to spouse?
My wife CRS score is increasing 433 to 442 when she non accompany to me.
Now my query's are
1) we have 2 small kids below 8 years and she need to select something in EE profile or will kids automatically get PR along with mother?

2)Will they ask for solid reason for non accompany of spouse and how that reason will effect because the aim is to sponsor spouse after getting PR.

3) What will be the procedure or process for spouse sponsor further?

She needs to mention kids as accompanying in order for them to get PR. They will go thru medical exam as well. She needs to submit their documents such as birth certificates and passports

In my opinion if the family has kids then may be reasons have to be solid

Once she get PR card she can start sponsoring application provided she could show enough funds to support

3) She can sponsor you once she is a PR. However she must be in Canada at the time she sponsors you and must remain in Canada while your application is processed (short 2-3 weeks trips outside of Canada time to time are OK - but should be limited). If you are from a visa exempt country, relatively easy to come to Canada as a visitor while your application is being processed (she could even sponsor you inland once you are in Canada). If you are not visa exempt and need a TRV, chances of the TRV being refused are quite high. If the TRV is refused, you'll need to remain in your home country while your wife remains in Canada. Processing of the application will likely take around a year and you'll need to live separately for most of this time without an approved TRV.
