contact caipsgcms.com. They have tie up with Fanshawe partners. Wont charge you any fees because they get paid from the college.
Their website shows only visa related services. Are you sure they provide help with college applications as well ?
i applied for ibm in fanshawe college in july 2018 for intake 2019 so if anyone could tell me when will i receive my offer letter as i how much time this college takes to send out offer letters?

yeah, they do. I have many friends who got offers through them but maybe they are not advertising.
I also would like to apply for IBM program, may I know the procedure and how much application fee do they charge?
