please someone should assist me, my online account is locked and I have received email about my application but I cannot get access to my application!! Please help me!!!
 
Why is it locked? If you entered wrong security answers until it locked then you need to create a new account and link your application again.

My first application was done through online and i have only the application number. so what should i do?

Doesnt matter if it was online or paper linking is the same you just need basic info like your name, passport number, program start date etc.
