Why is the GCKey page so broken?

Can we somehow ask them to fix this?
It keeps redirecting to the homepage or session expired when you try to log in and it's sooo frustrating. It never logs in the first time, you gotta keep trying multiple times or just give up.

submit a ticket online that its broken, use the automated phone system as it gives the information that is in the table on GCKey. Try clearing your cache

Same here! No matter if I clear the cookies or whatever, I just have to try like 10 times until I log in. I can't believe CIC has not solved this problem yet

Guys did you try using diff browsers other than IE. Chrome or Firefox?
