Can i co sign to sponsor my mother in law for super visa

Hi everyone. I need your valuable advice for my mother in law
I am working full time and meet minimum low income cut off for sponsoring some
one.My wife isnt working as she taking care of my little one.Can my wife sponsor
my mother in law and i can provide my financial proof? we had applied my wife's mom
normal visitor visa for 3 times and got rejected for some normal reason (visa officer not
satisfied that she will be back,family ties etc)
