After they passed the eligibility of principal applicant you will get pre arrival

Nop medical is done before and then you passed your eligibility now

I meant to say from last few years it’s like that medical is done before the file is transferred to LVO

Yes nd everytime they says its in background check we cant do anything

How would we know if our file is transferred to lvo on ECAS? and after how much time approx do they transfer it when medical results r recieved?

open your ecas it'll show you if your file has been transferred or not
