It's not possible for you to immigrate at this time. It will still be a number of years before you qualify. To qualify to immigrate you will have to finish school and also most likely complete a university degree. You will also need to have at least one year of full time paid work experience in a skilled profession. For now the best thing you can do is focus on your studies in your home country.

What school level did you complete?
You need to find a public uni/college that has a program you want to do, you need to check the application requirements, apply, get a LOA Letter of Admission, then you can apply for a study permit to come to Canada.
Study 2 years then you can apply for PGWP so you can work for up to 3 years, once you have 1 year professional work experience you can use this to apply for permanent residence under Canadian Experience Class.

So take it step by step.

Make sure your school is on this list with PGWP yes, and read the PGWP rules linked on same page.

Again, you won't qualify for permanent residency now. The fact you are a tennis player isn't of any help. The certificates won't help either - you need to complete post graduate education in order to give yourself a chances of immigrating. If you want to see what it will take for you to qualify to immigrate, suggest you research the Express Entry program through the link below. To be selected for immigration under Express Entry at this time, you must have at least 440 points.

Do you have relevant work experience within 10 years? Do you have a university degree? What are about language skills?

If you have all the above then yes you may qualify for Express Entry.

If you don't have any work experience and a university degree, then I suggest you gain them before applying.
