They were issuing MR last week for 3 days then stopped. So need to wait, hoping they would start from today.

They are issuing PPR.Quebec Nov2016 applicants are still pending. it seems around 60-70 are pending still

OK, means that they r already running late from 2016....then when will our turn??they should know that they are late. ND do fast

No its currently 19 months only.. There are few exceptions whose visa gets delayed by another 1 or 2 months.Else its 98% visa will be issued within 19 months.

Consider friend but u have already 15months gone. ND still Mr is not coming.then how they will completed whole procedure within 19months dear??
