Received notes today..legal@falcon.. Can u tell me what does this mean? Notes 4 .. "ADDITIONAL NOTES:Under EE eligibility file shows Failed candidate. Employment letter appears to support NOC 2175 and 2174 PA meets education requirements"....

My name in passport : first name : jai singh
Last name : sekhon

My name in degree is : jai singh only

I got my name legally changed and I have an old passport with name only “Jai singh” as well

Do I have to fill yes in the field where it says has the individual known by some other name ?

Yes, you have to select Yes and provide legal document. Mine was also same condition

You have not fully come out of the Eligibility stage till the officer verifies it... Criminality should be fairly quick(they look at the PCCs that has been submitted)...
BGC and Security Checks are the next big hurdles, this can cause severe delays. I don't wanna scare you but unfortunately a a few Pakistani citizens end up in extended Background checks.... So just wait and ride it out...
Celebrate only when you get the PPR request.

what is the main difference between bg check and eligibility check? its so confusing

If my job reference letter doesn’t contain my salary ,

but I have my payslip , compensation letter and form 16 tax forms .

Is it okay if I attach it with my letter or is it mandatory to have salary mentioned in employment letter ?

It should work fine, since there is not fix format for experience letter. Supporting salary slip, F16 etc will help to proof.

It is OK. Attach your reference letter as is, but state the fact in your Letter of Explanation.

EE eligibility looks to be a concern and its states, your experience covers two NOC's. but that should not be a problem, provided correct NOC are mentioned in the entire working tenure (2008 to 2018). Generally, yours present NOC is considered.

Can you check, if you have mentioned correct NOC as per your profile in the working tenure (2008 to 2018). Was it a single NOC mentioned or different NOC as an when your work profile was updated.

Lets also wait for any experts in the forum to comment further.

EE eligibility looks to be a concern and its states, your experience covers two NOC's. but that should not be a problem, provided correct NOC are mentioned in the entire working tenure (2008 to 2018). Generally, yours present NOC is considered.

Can you check, if you have mentioned correct NOC as per your profile in the working tenure (2008 to 2018). Was it a single NOC mentioned or different NOC as an when your work profile was updated.

Lets also wait for any experts in the forum to comment further.

Actually when I created it was 2175 but I updated it later with 2174 which is current.

I think, it has created some doubts. Since it is really difficult to have same NOC for entire working experience.General approach is to, mention all the NOC's, which is associated, with proper dates; and support the same with experience letter.

I would suggest to consult a good expert and take review and submit clarification, before hand. Otherwise they would generally ask for clarification, through additional document, before taking any decision.
