I want to apply for TRV for my 3 children the oldest one is 13, 10, and 8. they are in my home country never travel before, but we want to travel to home country and take them to vacation in Canada along with my step children who are US citizens. I want to apply online from US, i want to know if that possible or they have chances of getting the visa.

What would be the purpose of their visit apart from sightseeing? For how long? Do they have a Canadian host?

With you, your wife and your step children intending to visit together, this would make the family ties of your biological children to Canada to seem far stronger than those to their home country. To a visa officer, it would seem like with the entire family in Canada, the biological children don't have a reason to return to their home country.

You should probably start by applying for their US visas first (if they don't have those visas).... and for their Canada TRVs, submit a flight itinerary with departure from the US back to their home country. Don't buy tickets unless visas are issued.

Your children must demonstrate strong ties to their home country (their studies + any sports activities/other reasons to return home) + you would need to include your financials/your US immigration status, etc to prove you can pay for all XX persons who would be traveling to Canada.

You would also need to include consent letters from their biological mother + copies of her passport
