Can someone please advise for the below question?

Point12: Tell us when you file the Income Tax in the last 5 years
Tax Year Required_to_File Taxes_Filed

Should i start with Year 2018 and go back till 2013? or should i fill from 2017 to 2012?

2018 isn't considered a tax year yet as you will file tax for 2018 in 2019.. So 5 tax years are from 2013 to 2017...

One more doubt i have. Sorry if this is a silly question.
I have filed the taxes for the past 5 years.

Required to File: Yes or No --> Here should i choose yes or no.??
Taxes Files: Yes or No --> Yes

I checked yes for everything even though my first year I worked only for 8 months.

Required to File: Yes or No --> Yes
Taxes Files: Yes or No --> Yes
