• Application received February 15, 2018.
• Medical requested April 3 ( Submitted on the 9th )
• File transferred to LVO April 20,2018.
• We started processing your application on April 27, 2018.
• Haven't heard since .... ( hopefully it gets done soon) INSHALLAH.

Hey! Can you help me with a little query of mine. I am planning to visit US. But i am confused that if my ppr comes while i am there, do i have to come back to work pakistan to get my passport stanped or is there any way i can get it done in US?

Hey all , anyone know anything or anyone that applied for Visit Visa for their spouse living in Pakistan while awaiting decision on your Spousal Sponsorship application ??
Does it cause any delays or issues with your original application ?

It doesn't affect your spousal application. I applied visit visa for my wife living in Pakistan but they refused to issue her visa. It's hard to get visitor visa when your spousal visa application is in process. Its very hard to satisfy them that your partner's intentions are only to visit you and not to live in Canada. So you need prove her strong connection with Pakistan rather than in Canada.

U will have to cone back to Pakistan to get your things done...

It doesn't affect your spousal application. I applied visit visa for my wife living in Pakistan but they refused to issue her visa. It's useless and just waste of money and time... Be patient and wait for your PR

Can someone help plz... cic request police certificate and additional photos of ur nikah. We have send those about a month ago but we havent received any confirmation from them that they have received our docs.
Do they usually dont send any confirmation or its just me. And how long do they take to respond. Thanks

They dont use to send any confirmatory mail for the requested docs.if u wanna know that if they received ur docs u should make a gc key account or call on 1-888-242-2100 to hear about ur gc key status if there is no update then u should enquire through ircc web form they will reply with in 10 days hope this helps.

Yeah, it's same situation with us. Got the first letter on April 24th, replied by May 15th...we had 30 days to submit it.
I got the the same email again on June 28th as well. Were you able to get hold of LVO or emailed them? Please do update me.?

I had contacted the MP office and IRCC and they have confirmed that the file has been uploaded in response to the first letter receive on May 2018. Bu the officer haven't checked them yet.. they might be giving them a wake up call but dont know how long does it takes..
