Driver's License Suspension

Hello,

I have had 2 speeding tickets (one was obtained a year ago, and the other was today), due to exceeding speeding limit by 16-30 Km/Hr. As a result, my license will be suspended for 6 months. I have also applied for the citizenship and my online status is IP (in progress), does that affect my application in anyway? does it affect the processing time? Would that appear in the background check they do for citizenship application?

I would like an answer as I am concerned about my current situation.

I don’t believe that’s would affect your citizenship application unless you were arrested and booked. I know it’s beautiful outside please try to follow the speed limit for your safety and other innocent people out there.

It won't affect your application. licence suspension doesn't appear on background check..
