I have a lot of confusion.
I actually completed MBA in finance and hr in 2014 with more than 80% score. Then, in 2015 I joined an ielts institute and started working as an ielts trainer (teaching students R/L/W/S skills) due some family issues I could not go for good job of my field but was always willing to get job of my field , I am still working there (its 3 years now). Now I want to study in canada for January intake 2019 so that I can have career growth in canada or in India, as the opportunities will allow. PROBLEM is , many consultatnts say my experience and previous qualification do not match so could cause an issue but some are saying that this profile is good and I can go for PG diploma in HR. My ilets score is overall 7 =R7.5, L7.0, S6.5, W6.0. Any expert or who passed through such experience here? Who can suggest and guide me bluntly which can help me

Others can comment as well but might need to be very convincing to try for a PG diploma in HR when you already have a masters in HR. How were you planning to be convincing this would enhance your current qualification even more so as you have not been working on HR.

One of d consultants said I should opt for any course which can add value to my current job experience so should I not go for HR?

Had you been teaching in some college or university as an Assistant Professor or similar position, then there could have been some scope. But, with BBA & MBA and with coaching class work experience, it's sounds difficult to convince visa officer.

Imagine, if you can't convince someone on this forum, then how you will convince visa officer who would have seen thousands of applications in his life.

Apply PR and then study at college and program of your choice. That's an ideal approach.

I will take a lot of time to get PR and then doing study of my field will be so late.

Since u have already completed ur masters and then Gng fr somethg lower is always a risk but u have to give a very strong sop fr this stating a very strong reason for ur further studies..and as ur consultat said ur exprience doesn't match ur study profile so u make have to give a convienecing answer fr tat as well
