The funds available for their visit must match their tax returns and declared sources of income.... nothing borrowed, no large transfers shortly before applying (if it's their money, they can include an explanation for the transfers)..... and they must not be financially dependent on their Canadian hosts.
A couple of points to be concerned about:
1. Do they have a history of traveling abroad together for vacations?
2. Is this their first visit abroad?
3. What is the purpose of their visit as four of them intend to travel together?
4. Their family ties to India will outweigh those to Canada. Do they have other dependent family members in India? They must apply only if each applicant can demonstrate individual strong ties to India + a compelling purpose of visit + good financial situation, etc.
5. Depending on their work responsibilities, it is possible that processing might take longer than standard estimates because three applicants work in the government
6. As their host, your financial documents (your employment letter, bank statement, tax assessments, investments, etc) are optional documents, not mandatory to be submitted
