My family has zero income, could I still succeed in visitor visa for my family member abroad?

Hello,

Both me and my father is Canadian, living in Vancouver.

I am a 3rd year university student, with potential to have an income of 60000+ in 1 year. My father has disability and with zero income. We have an apartment and a deposit of around 20000.

My grandmother is in China, her income is based of her retirement pension, she has never traveled abroad and don't intend to stay in Canada for long.

Are there any chances at all to make my Grandmother's last wish possible, to see the blue sky and high mountain?

If so, what type of visa should i apply for?

Apply for a TRV. Alternatively, Canada is not the only place with high mountain and blue sky. How about Tibet?
