So Guys, i just called CIC after my 6 months timeframe. They said the same old story, everything looks good and normal, you need to wait for us and be patient. And my next due date of review is in August

Raise a CSE as well for their record although it takes a few weeks for them to get to.

Also, when last did you order and receive your GCMS notes?

I agree that you should order GCMS notes. Sometime (stress sometimes) when there are information submitted to the IO for anything which has not been updated by the IO then the GCMS notes request sometimes triggers the IO to update your file. I saw this with my file where my file was updated by the IO two days after GCMS notes request for the latest ADR which they requested. If this is coincidental then it's a hell of a coincidence.

hs anyone raised a CSE lately? did you receive a "ghost update" on your cic profile after creating a CSE within a few days? I raised a CSE in april and didnt gt a ghost update but last to last thursday i created a cSE and got a ghost update last monday. So not sure if ghost update was due to cse with a new system update process in play here.

If I am not mistaken most of those remaining to receive PPR are those who have some sort of review required. I can only guess that these reviews needs to be done by separate departments and then reviewed again by the IO. As such the file has to be reviewed multiple times by the IO and given how busy they are at this time is only compounding the delay. Just my thoughts.
I guess you are right. In my first GCMS notes, it was saying Review Required in the notes put by Program Assistant who reviewed my application

For those of you who have requested notes multiple times …. have you ever come across a scenario whereby they have not redact a particular notes and then at a later request they redact the notes which was not redacted previously. This seems so funny to me.

They didn’t give me 2nd GCMS notes. I took follow up two times. They just responded that we will provide the notes as soon as its ready. But never got my 2nd note.

If I was in your case I would have reordered notes regardless of what they responded to you. However, that's just me.
