Biometric Updated today? What's next?

I have provided biometric on 28 June 2018.
After 11 days and today on 9 July 2018... Biometric updated to "Completed"
It is now 20 days since I have applied online... but without a decision.

I think I will receive a decision within 2-3 days...What do you think?

None of us know what the visa office thinks

It's super optimistic if you're expecting a decision in the next 2-3 days. Has the 'Review of eligibility' status changed?

I did biometric on 6 june, on 10 july its changed to completed but review not started
