Hi!

I would like to ask if how can we increase our score for our EE application? Our case officer has already submitted our EE profile. However, it was not succesfully submitted to the pool because the status of it is ineligible for the mean time due to low score.

Appreciate your assistance.

Thank you!

Yes. Consultant I mean.

By the way, how much is the required score that we need to hit for the IELTS? Me and my husband took the IELTS exam last year and just earned an overall band score of 6.5

as of the current trends primary applicant needs at least an 8 to have a chance.

You are saying low score and at the same time you are saying that your profile is ineligible.
These 2 things are different. You do not become ineligible because of the CRS score

You become ineligible for a number of reasons such as:
-language score expired or has not met the required band
-funds availability
-no work or less than 1 yr continuous experience in NOC 0, A B

My profile status was "You are no longer eligible to be in the pool". The reason stated was "You do not meet the minimum entry criteria".

Based on the reasons you have stated, I guess it is because of our low IELTS score.

First you should have 67 points under FSW, then only you are eligible to apply under EE FSWP.
You can read in detail on following link:

Let me know if you need any help, Do not worry, I am a consultant however will help you at no charge.

My score was:
Listening - 6.5
Reading - 6.0
Speaking & Writing - 7.0

Score of my husband
Reading - 5.5
The rest is 7.0

The highlighted red is where the problem is which makes your profile ineligible.
You will really have to work hard to increase your scores considerably to have a higher CRS score.

Hello!

Does it mean that me and my husband should take the IELTS exam again and obtain high scores for us to be eligible for the EE?

Thank you so much for the assistance!
