Hello everyone
I got refused for temporary residents visa and study permit to study at Niagara College Canada with the following reasons ;
. PURPOSE of visit, job prospects, current employment situation in my country and ties to home country.
Just last month
My annual leave which is 36 working days will be due in October. I want to apply for a visitor visa in August and my friend is willing to give me an invitation letter to spend 10 days.
My questions are ;
. Will the first denial affect my visitor visa application?
. Aside my certified annual leave form, what documents again must I add?

please I need ur help. Thanks

1. When did you apply for a study permit?

2. What is your purpose of visit apart from the usual sightseeing?

3. Have you traveled to visa-required countries (US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc)?

4. What ties can you demonstrate to your country of residence? Typically, these would include stable employment with a good socio-economic situation + property ownership or a lease agreement + dependent family members + good financial situation without borrowing from anyone, etc

1.JUNE (last month)
2 . spend some time with my childhood friend
3.no
4 . I've been working as a Registered General Nurse for 8 years now. Permanent staff. I site plan and receipt of my building project land. Aged parents

Coming so quickly on the back of a study permit refusal, your TRV application might seem like you want to enter Canada by any visa. The significant change in purpose from wanting to study to now wanting to visit could raise red flags
