You would be attending high school in Canada and will need a study permit. Tuition will cost approximately $15K per year. You will also have to have an additional $10K to cover living expenses. So this means that when you apply for the study permit, you will need to show a bank balance of at least $25K. Before you can apply for the study permit, you must also find a school that is willing to accept you as a student. This may be difficult to do since your grades are low.

Since you will be attending high school, you are not allowed to work while you study and you will also not be granted a work permit after you complete your high school studies.

Depends on the school and program. You'll need to research what you want to study at the college / university level and at which school. to find out what grades you need to achieve.

Yes you can apply for either a TRV or study permit if your mother is a current full-time student. There are no guarantees whether you will be approved to study as a high school student. Depending on the province you may or may not qualify for health care but you usually qualify to study for free at a Canadian high school. University and college require a study permit and that you pay international fees.

On 1st May 2018 I applied for visitor visa but they Refused by saying Not cleared Purpose of Visit !!
Can I apply again or should I wait??
Or should I go for study visa??
