I got selected for PR and is travelling to Canada next month.. i included my spouse and child in application but mentioned that they are not applying as my baby was less than a year when I was applying.. now since I made through which I never imagined to .. I want to bring my baby to Canada once I get a job and settle there. So my doubt is can I bring my baby in a tourist visa and then sponsor him while he is in Canada?

You can certainly apply but it's up to the visa office processing the TRV application. Assuming that you stay in Canada while the application is being processed, you can start the process of applying for PR for him anyway. Are you intending to apply for your spouse as well?
