Am trying to upload PCC on IRCC site, its asking for an expiry date
WHat should it be?? 1 yr or 6 months from issuance?

One add-on to Sunny's reply--- even you can find a specialist for your own, you still need the CIC panel doc to send a referral for you Cuz there are some forms that the panel doc needs the specialist to complete.

That is what I was thinking. I can get a CT scan done after a referral through a walk in doctor but what if CIC won't accept that because I am not sure what the process is. Does anybody know if they have their own specialists through the Panel physicians. This is costing me around $1000 and it would be a waste if they do not accept it and ask it to be done by doctors in their list. So confused.

I am also asked to fill in 'Details of Government Employment' for both my parents. My father in law is retired Govt employee but mother in law is still in service and they were asked to send their Govt employment history again.
Parents Country - India
Visa office - Ottawa
They sent one form to fill in the details but it doesn't have any IMM number on it, looks like a simple excel template asking start/end dates, position, title, duties, supervisor name, department and location.
Well, the original application form (IMM5669) itself had those details but I think what they want now is in more details or changes in it since its almost an year we when we filled the IMM5669.

Can you correct the info on the spreadsheet please.. My parents docs were forwarded to Ottawa not Manila as per my phone conversation with the agent when I called CIC. Up until now I still got no SA letter though.

Just an Update. Submitted PCC and Medical on previous Tuesday and Today it showing as Medical passed in MYcic acc.

Request for PCC along with other documents like resume, travel history and Schedule A received on June 4, 2018. Uploaded all documents on GCKey today. Kindly update ss, thanks.

What is GCKey? I received the generic automated email on the same day as yours. I was told to reply to the email directly with scanned copies of documents. Were you told to submit differently than emailing them back?

Guys I'm reading again on background form for my mom question 4D says have you been refused visa for Canada or any other country .. her visa was rejected back in 2005 saying documents missing but right away we reapplied and it got approved and she also renewed her visa twice no problem but I clicked NO for that question( I totally forgot) …is that a problem???.... my background check didn't started yet …do you think I should resend background form for my mom before they look into it??? What you guys think?????

Is there any active user on this thread with LVO at Ottawa that didn't yet got the PCC request and MyCIC shows still "Reviewing your eligibility"? Got medical request beginning of May (passed after 1 week or so), but then no more movement at all. Thanks!

Today I got an email. My parents file has been transferred to New Delhi from Ottawa. I don't know why.
Medical passed today.
